1) Responsible for material and equipment inquiry and negotiation;

2) Responsible for budgeting and cost analysis of the bidding quotation list;

3) Responsible for business management during the project execution process: outsourcing payment requests, change negotiations, claim negotiations, organizing business meetings, etc;

4) Assist the project manager in updating project cost dynamics;

5) Responsible for controlling business risks during project execution.

1) Bachelor's degree or above in engineering cost, engineering management, and related majors;

2) At least 3 years of work experience in bidding, pre settlement, and process control;

3) Proficient in using Guanglianda, Luban cost software, OFFICE office software, and CAD drawing software;

4) Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and learning abilities;

5) Familiar with installation technology, having the qualification of independently responsible for project business management or cost engineer is preferred.
